These active ingredients also exist in many plants and herbs such as green tea, bilberry and cranberry, and are important to healthful traditions around the world. In addition to being cardio supportive, proanthocyanidin compounds possess antioxidant activity that help fight against free radicals in the body.* Free radicals can cause oxidative stress which may damage cells.*
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule up to two times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
