Solgar® Vitamin C Crystals provide pure, Vitamin C in a convenient dosage form. Vitamin C is a water-soluble nutrient with revered antioxidant and immune supportive properties. As an antioxidant, it helps to fight free radicals and helps collagen (connective tissue) formation, which is important for healthy skin and joints.*
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one quarter (1/4) teaspoon daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May be added to juice or sprinkled on food.
